About these terms

These terms of use apply to your access to and use of https://solsticeaviation.com and any related pages operated by Solstice Aviation Ltd. By using this website you agree to these terms. They were last updated in March 2025.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data collected through enquiry forms and analytics.

Who we are

This website is operated by Solstice Aviation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Registered name: Solstice Aviation Ltd
  • Company number: 16412861
  • Registered office: Office 17632, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, England
  • Email: ewan@solsticeaviation.com

These disclosures are required under the Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

Nature of our service

Solstice Aviation operates as an advisory charter broker. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party aircraft operators. We are not ourselves party to any contract between a client and an operator, and we do not operate aircraft.

We receive commission from operators when we make a successful introduction. This commission-based structure means that, in the Civil Aviation Authority's published position, we are not making available flight accommodation for the purposes of the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) Regulations 2012, and we do not hold an ATOL licence. Charter contracts are between the client and the operating company.

This website collects enquiries only. Submitting an enquiry or sending a contact form does not create a booking, reservation, or any contractual commitment. A charter is only confirmed once trip details, commercial terms, and operator availability have been agreed directly.

Indicative pricing and route guidance

Pricing ranges, route notes, and aircraft comparisons published on this site are indicative only. Final charter terms depend on aircraft availability, operator positioning, schedule, airport choice, and the full passenger and luggage requirements at the time of request. No price shown on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

Third-party operators

Aircraft shown or recommended through this service are operated by independent third-party charter operators. The operational delivery of any charter — including safety certification, on-board standards, baggage handling, and schedule adherence — is the responsibility of the selected operator and is subject to the operator's own terms and conditions.

Solstice Aviation takes care in recommending operators and applies reasonable judgement in assessing their suitability. However, we cannot be responsible for an operator's performance, availability, or any changes to a confirmed charter that are within the operator's control.

Data, cookies, and privacy

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect personal data (name, email address, and trip details) to respond to your request. Full details of how we use that data, the lawful basis for processing, your rights, and how to complain to the ICO are set out in our Privacy Policy.

This site uses analytics software (PostHog) that may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, non-essential cookies require your prior consent. A cookie consent notice is displayed on your first visit and you may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, our liability is limited as follows:

  • Scope of service: We are not a party to the charter contract and do not guarantee the performance, safety standards, or availability of any operator. Our obligation is to exercise reasonable care and skill in making introductions and recommendations.
  • Consequential loss: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our service, including loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising directly or indirectly.
  • Financial cap: Our total liability in connection with any specific introduction or recommendation is limited to the amount of commission we received from the relevant operator in respect of that introduction.

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may give you additional rights that these terms cannot override. In particular, we cannot exclude our duty to perform services with reasonable care and skill, and any financial cap cannot reduce your recovery below the price you paid.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will not apply changes retrospectively to interactions that have already taken place.
